Keri Bowman

Senior Conveyancing Executive

Keri Bowman is a Senior Conveyancing Executive who joined Pure Law in August 2011 and quickly established herself as a valued fee earning member of the team. She has worked in conveyancing for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in dealing with a mixture of commercial and complex residential transactions and advising clients on all types of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties, plot sales and purchases.

Keri’s main role is acting on behalf of the firm’s lender clients in bridging, refurbishment, development and regulated loans, delivering a high standard at all times whilst working to tight deadlines. She also continues to act on residential conveyancing matters.
